Fair Use is claimed of any background music and noise because they are of no importance in this video and this is a public event. The police officer is a public servant and dressed as such "on the job". He cannot claim privacy because he is aware that he is in public and so do the other persons in the video. This is fair use of ambient sound irrelevant to the document and nearly impossible to hear in the background.

Fair use of ambient noise is allowed by law because this is a public place, Starbucks allows pictures and videos in their place of business and the background noise is irrelevant to the topic of this documentary video. Use as such is fair use as described in a court of law.

I contacted Starbucks at this location in Atlanta Georgia and the manager spoke with his general manager and he said that videoing is allowed in Starbucks. If a stalker comes in, they will call the police The police are already here. I tell the manager before I get my coffee that a stalker will be coming in. I have been a targeted individual since I witnessed the police, firemen and medics use ambulances, squad cars and fire engines pick up and deliver drugs for a drug gang which took over our neighborhood in Texas. The police operate and run the drug business on the street, on our properties, using our rooves as lookouts. The police use the moving lights on the top of their squad cars to direct people to the street where they can pick up drugs. The customer stops at the drug house, a woman comes out, receives the money, goes back in the house and comes out with a package, gives it to the customer and they drive off. This was a walk-up, drive-through operation in Irving, Texas. They drove all the elderly and single women off the street with gangstalking and poisoning them and their families, children, in their beds. Gangstalkers used direct energy weapons to harm them from the roof. For these reasons, the police are very afraid of being seen doing the things in this video. They don't want any evidence of their crimes.

This is the first and only video I have seen where there is a police officer in public gathering frequencies of unsuspecting victims of remote neural monitoring. The frequencies are put on a supercomputer and then carried on normal communications methods back to the brain. Messages, voices and remote neural monitoring of emotions, brain states and bodily functions can be controlled from a distance with these brain frequencies.

This officer was one in a series of about 6 people who were videotaped putting devices to the back of the victim's head. They eventually got the frequencies they desired and performed remote surveillance on the victim's brain and body, causing insomnia, nervous system vibrations and pain 24 hours a day. Their vehicle was installed with a GPS device and radiation device so they can be radiated in their vehicle. Devices are connected to the electrics in the home so they can be beamed with radiation and frequencies 24 hours every day. This is the New World Military New Order.

Radiating people with microwaves, X-rays and any other type of radiation is a felony. Yet it is being done on Targeted Individuals every day.
