Since 2009, at least 133 Tibetans have self-immolated in Tibet in protest of Chinese rule.
In an interview with France 24's Marc Perelman, Dicki Chhoyang, the Foreign minister of the Tibetan Government-in-Exile said that Tibetan people are trying to send an unequivocal message to the international community through these actions and point the repressive policies of Beijing in Tibet.
