Specialists believe that the flow of tens of thousands of minors migrating to the United States will not decrease in 2015. An estimated 60,000 Central American children illegally entered the United States in 2014. While the presidents of El Salvador, Honduras, and Guatemala have pledged to apply a strategy to decrease such migration flows, few changes have been seen given that the prevailing poor social conditions fuel such migration.
