JOHN (LaFleur) is a documentary filmmaker. While doing research for a new project about serial killer, he is approached by PHILIP (Ingraffia). Philip, at first seems quite normal, even likable, until he reveals to John that he has killed 17 people and never been apprehended, A dark, tense relationship develops between the men, as John must decide if Philip is a twisted sociopath, or a cunning murderer.
