What if you took the basic elements of most buildings, hacked them into pieces, then reassembled them seemingly without any rhyme or reason? That’s the basic visual effect of the Deconstructivist architectural movement, which is about examining fragmentation and distortion in architectural design forms to a sort-of controlled chaos, maybe discomforting, possibly confusing, but just fascinating.
