Madrid, Jan 20 (EFE).- The entry of Soviet troops in Baku that caused hundreds of deaths and many wounded and missing, "should be considered crimes against humanity and be tried by the International Criminal Court," the ambassador of Azerbaijan in Spain, Altai Efendiev, said Tuesday on occasion of the twenty-fifth anniversary of the invasion.
