Mexican Federal Attorney General Jesus Murillo Karam said Monday that evidence indicates the missing Ayotzinapa Teacher Training College students were killed in Cucula, Guerrero. The Mexican government had sent the remains of 17 persons alleged to be some of the students for DNA testing in Austria, but experts there said they could not be identified.
