As the first round of two days of high level talks between Cuba and the United States ended in Havana, both sides described the dialogue as positive, despite differences. Cuban Foreign Affairs official Josefina Vidal said the dialogue will continue, without providing a specific timetable. She added that the continued inclusion of Cuba on the State Department's list of states that sponsor terrorism is in contradiction with the reestablishment of diplomatic relations.
