The founder and leader of Muttahida Quami Movement Mr. Altaf Hussain expressed his deep concerns over threatening letters received by Abdullah Girls’ College and other institutions from the terrorists.
In a statement issued from London Secretariat, MQM Chief said that a letter was received with manuscript “Keep up the shrouds for tomorrow in Abdullah College.” He said that the college management and students suffered extreme anxiety and fear due to the threat.
Mr. Hussain said that extremists and terrorists groups wanted to create terror situation to hurdle in educational activities. He urged to the students and teachers of the educational institutions to be aware of surrounding atmosphere.
He demanded the government to take immediate notice for threatening letter received by Abdullah Girls’ College. He also said that all the educational institutions in the country including Abdullah College should be provided appropriate security to maintain educational activities.
