In his State of the City Address on Tuesday, NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio said that Gov. Cuomo's proposal to increase minimum wage "simply doesn't do enough to help New York City." Bill de Blasio's plan would raise NYC minimum wage to $15/hr. by 2019.
