Police officers in South Lake Minnetonka, Minnesota recently used a taser to help a distressed buck.
On Sunday, a local resident looked outside and witnessed two deer fighting on his property. By the time the scuffle was noticed, one deer had already passed away, most likely from a broken neck.
Police were called to the scene and upon arrival officers saw the surviving deer was still violently thrashing around in an effort to untangle his antlers from the dead buck's.
Cops decided to use a Taser to briefly incapacitate the animal. After the deer was tased, an officer and a local resident were able to successfully cut the antler.
The buck woke up about 30 seconds later and although he seemed to be disoriented, he still managed to get up and disappear into the woods. The officer who suggested using the Taser remarked, "We didn
