Police were quickly alerted and officers soon witnessed the car and began pursuing it. The driver refused to stop and barreled through crowded city streets before he came to an intersection and struck two stopped vehicles.

Jessica Liesmann, the female driver of one of the autos, had just picked up her son from school when the crash occurred and she immediately got out and confronted the suspect. She wasn't aware he was involved in a police chase, but she was angry
