Dr. Sandra Moreno, head of the Latin American school of medicine where people from 44 countries and 24 ethnic groups from Venezuela come together to become doctors, explained that the goal of the school is to look at medicine as a way to help others and not as a business. This model is the vision of Commanders Hugo Chavez and Fidel Castro from Cuba who wanted to train doctors that could help secluded communities all around the world. teleSUR
