A 29-year-old woman researcher employed by Rajendra Pachauri, the director-general of The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI), has accused the 74-year-old of sexually harassing her and registered a first information report (FIR) at the Lodhi Colony Police Station in Delhi against him.
