Just a month after IDFC 's private equity arm IDFC Alternatives acquired stake in Diligent Power's thermal power plant, IDFC Alternatives is once again all set to acquire 23.5 percent stake in ONGC -promoted OTPC's gas-based power plant in Tripura.
