NASA recently discovered the existence of a quadruple star system, making it the second of its kind known by the agency.

When most people think of solar systems, they likely imagine a bunch of planets zipping around a single sun, as that’s the way it is in our own. 

It’s not the case for all of them floating around in the universe, however. Some have as many as 4 parent stars.
