Cuba and EU seek to normalize relations

Cuba and the European Union held a third round of talks aimed at normalizing relations that have been somewhat estranged for the last ten years. European delegates insisted that they do not aim to change Cuba's economic model and voiced hopes for political dialogue and cooperation. teleSUR
