In this episode I'm going to give you my 10 top tips for shooting urban landscapes:
1. Shoot using the the correct light at the right time.
2. Always use a tripod to get long exposure shots – always use the lowest ISO possible.
3. Shoot in Manual mode to control your light better.
4. Expose for the highlights.
5. Find the leading lines.
6. Find a good foreground, middle and background.
7. Use Sun Seeker and PhotoCalc apps on your phone.
8. Use the timer and don’t put your middle tripod leg (center column) up too high.
9. Try to simplify your compositions.
10. Find unique vantage points.
