It's been eight years since the last cold wave advisory was issued in March here in Korea.
And it feels much colder out there with the wind. Let's turn to our Michelle Park to see when we'll get to have our spring weather back again. Michelle?
Good evening guys. The cold wave alert has been lifted, but since the cold air is still with us, these conditions are expected to last until Thursday morning. Also, be sure to watch out for the huge gaps in temperatures between the morning and night.
But we still have a dry weather alert across the nation, along with a wind alert in the coastal regions.
The skies are looking relatively clear,... but the clouds are expected to move in as we proceed into the night, and there's a chance of rain in Chungcheongnam-do province.
Tomorrow, temperatures are expected to be below the seasonal averages again,... but it will be milder,... with readings about 3 to 4 degrees higher then today. There will also be some precipitation on Gangwon-do province tomorrow.
Let's take a look at the readings for tomorrow,...
Seoul starts off Wednesday morning at [-4] and gets up to [6].
Daegu and Busan will both top at [11] degrees.
Moving over to other regions...
Jeju Island gets up to [8], Dokdo hits [3], while Mount Kumgang dips to [-7] degrees.
That's all the weather for now. Have a wonderful evening.
