The East Side Gallery in Berlin is a symbol for freedom and the largest open air gallery in the world. But the peaceful spirit of this place has been shaken. They put parts out of this unique historical memorial for luxury appartments. Many people demonstrated against it. Among them David Hasselhoff. Ten thousands signed a petition against the destruction. But it seems that all the efforts had been in vain.
