The Greek Finance Minister has told FRANCE 24 that his country is having a "cash flow" problem, and that it will make its debt repayments this month - including €1.2 billion owed to the International Monetary Fund. Yanis Varoufakis was speaking before attending meetings in Paris at the OECD on Thursday.
