Marc Norris, a "Master Mechanic" and owner of Bavarian Workshop is second to none when it comes to BMW experience, service, professionalism and honesty. If it "aint" broken, Marc wont fix it. His reputation precedes him and his philosophy of customer satisfaction is the cornerstone of his business. As long as I am a BMW owner, I will only trust Marc with servicing and maintaining my BMW. I highly recommend him.
