Cuba calls for human rights dialogue with U.S. next week

Cuba has proposed that a pending human rights dialogue with the United States begin next week in Washington. This would go on at the same time as ongoing negotiations to restore diplomatic relations between the two countries. Cuba first proposed the talks last year and is now pushing for setting a date. teleSUR
