Filmmaker Karan Johar and his good friend, ace designer Manish Malhotra launched the cover page of Filmfare's Glamour & Style issue, in Mumbai, Monday, which shows them with other stalwarts like megastar Amitabh Bachchan and Akshay Kumar, among others.
