Roughly 2000 people have been able to flee the Yarmouk refugee camp in Syria after it was invaded by the Islamic State group. Over 90% were moved to other areas under the control of rebel groups. Over 18,000 civilians are trapped in Yarmouk as fighting continues, howerver, and dozens of Palestinian refugees have been killed. Syrian authorities are providing relief for some of the refugees.
