Gov. Larry Hogan (R-Md.) took questions from reporters about the ongoing standoff between his administration and Democratic legislators working on the Maryland state budget. Though he appears to have lost on some priorities from his agenda, Hogan called the budget a win that fulfills a campaign promise of no new taxes for Marylanders.
