An Arizona teen fell between 15 to 30 feet to the ground from a ferris wheel at the El Mirage Fall Festival on Saturday night.

Witnesses say that the 14-year-old was standing up from his seat, which was the second seat from the top, before he fell off the ride.

The yet-to-be identified teen was said to be conscious when he was airlifted to the Phoenix Children’s Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
