Cowboys Joseph Randle arrested for shoplifting undies and cologne

Dallas Cowboys running back Joseph Randle was arrested on Monday for shoplifting from a suburban mall in Frisco, Texas.
Randle was charged with a misdemeanor Class B theft of $50 to $500, said Frisco police. He was released on writ bond at 1:20 a.m. on Tuesday.
The backup running back, who makes $495,000 a year, is accused of trying to steal $130 worth of underwear and cologne from Dillard’s in Stonebriar Centre Mall.
According to the arrest report, Randle was spotted by security on CCTV cameras buying something at the perfume counter before heading over to the underwear section and hiding some merchandise in his Dillard’s bag. Randle then left the store before he was stopped in the parking lot by security.
Randle allegedly had a two-pack of black Polo underwear that cost $39.50 and a nearly full tester bottle of Gucci Guilty Black cologne valued at $84.
While Randle was in the back of the police car, he told Frisco police officer Jason Kimbrough that he would have just kept on walking if he would have known he would be arrested.
Another officer at the scene said Randle indicated that he didn’t pay for the items “because he did not want to take the time.”
