The New York City Police Department is seeking help in locating the man they believe to be responsible for a rape that occurred at about 7:45 pm on Saturday.

According to authorities, the victim was in a restroom at the Turnmill Bar, located in the Kips Bay neighborhood of Manhattan, when the assault occurred.
