As a gyrocopter landed on the Capitol lawn Wednesday, nearby protesters with the D.C. Democracy Vigil witnessed the aircraft's descent. Adam Eidinger, chairman of the D.C. Cannabis Campaign, joked that he thought it was a U.S. Postal Service chopper.
