Wiggum, an adorable pug was left at the Lancaster Shelter with an upper respictory infection where he would have been euthanatized. Pug Nation rescued him and took him to the Best Friends Super Adoption Fair, where Bill met him. Bill fell in love with Wiggum and adopted him. Bill takes Wiggum to softball games and he's become a good luck charm.
