Ingredients:

1/2 kg Jack fruit, chopped into pieces
2 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
10 - 12 Curry Leaves
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic crushed
1 tbsp Mix Masala
Salt
Water
For the Aromatic paste:
1 Onion
8 - 10 tbsp Grated Coconut
1/2 tsp Garam Masala


साहित्य:

१/२ किलो फणस, तुकडे करून
२ tbsp तेल
१/२ tsp मोहरी
१० ते १२ काढीपत्ते
१ tbsp आलं लसूण ठेचून
१ tbsp Mix मसाला
मीठ
पाणी
वाटणासाठी:
१ कांदा
८ ते १० tbsp खवलेला ओला नारळ
१/२ tsp गरम मसाला

Method:

- In a pan, heat some oil. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and crushed ginger garlic. Saute everything for few seconds.
- Then ad the onion, grated coconut, garam masala paste. Mix everything well.
- Add salt to taste and mix well.
- Add the chopped jack fruit pieces, mix masala & water. Mix everything well.
- Cover it with a lid and let the vegetable cook for about 5 to 10 minutes.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot with bhakri, chapati or plain rice.
