Public sector unions in Colombia have called a 24-hour national work stoppage. The country's 300,000 teachers have launched an indefinitely strike demanding higher salaries, better working conditions, and improved health care benefits. The teachers' strike comes on the heels of 20 days of negotiations that failed to yield an agreement. The teachers are being joined by government employees and the United Workers Confederation, the country's largest labor confederation. Natalia Margarita reports from Bogota.
