網搜龍頭Google在行動市場邁出驚人一步，昨宣布以總價約125億美元（3619億元台幣）現金，溢價逾6成收購美國手機大廠摩托羅拉移動（Motorola Mobility Holdings，MMI，摩托移動），正式由智慧手機平台設計切入硬體製造，等於率領Android陣營向蘋果（Apple）全面開戰。
