The supply of cows and milk production in Batangas is now affected due to the extreme heat. According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), the heat we are experiencing now may delay the rainy season due to the "weak El Nino" we are also experiencing now. It is also possible that the "dry spell" phenomenon may expand to other places.
