Last February 21, Natali Castellanos-Tyler and her daughter, Elisa, were returning home from a birthday party in Chesterfield County, Virginia. The relentless rain and poor road conditions caused their silver Ford Explorer to swerve and crash into a tree. Natali died on the spot but little Elisa survived.
Widower CJ Tyler noticed his daughter constantly having the same nightmares come bedtime. Daylight also did not spare little Elisa from having visions of a "white van" hitting their car. Tyler eventually made sense of his daughter's distress when he encountered Facebook posts from nearby residents reporting a white delivery truck that deliberately committed hit-and-run with their vehicles.
The Chesterfield County Police initially classified the case as a single-vehicle collision. Now with new leads, they are investigating the connections between the reported collisions and the mysterious white delivery truck.
