Rock Legend-turned-Canadian traitor Jon Bon Jovi doesn’t have a lot of fans in Buffalo, New York these days. Probably because he’s expected to be part of a group that will attempt to buy the Buffalo Bills and move them north of the border.
Tuesday is the deadline for prospective owners to place initial bids on the Bills franchise following the death of 95-year-old owner Ralph Wilson in March.
Many fear that the group will move to team to Toronto.
Former Bills receiver Andre Reed had some kind words for Bon Jovi in a recent New York Magazine interview.
“Man, f--k Bon Jovi,” Reed said. “You might as well just take this city, throw it in the river and let it go down the Niagara Falls.”
Bon Jovi has tried to tell everyone that he won’t move the team to Canada. Only problem is, he isn’t the one with the fat bank account.
