Le 12 janvier, Quarante culottés dans le métro de Hong Kong, dont six femmes, ont surpris les autres passagers en en se déshabillant deavnt eux de la station Central (中 环), à North Point (北角) et Kwun Tong (观塘) pour ensuite retourner à la gare Central.

Cette année Hong Kong s'est mis a la mode en suivant un rituel un peu idiot, qui a commencé à New York, il y a quelques années.

L'événement a commencé avec seulement sept hommes sans pantalon à New York en 2002, mais maintenant ce rituel est une vraie célébration avec des adeptes dans des dizaines de villes à travers le monde.

C'était la deuxième fois que Hong Kong participait à l'événement. Cette année, un peu plus de gens ont participé.
