A 62-year old Taiwan man Mr. Chen said he paid 60-year old Ms. Lin NT$2,000 (US$60) for sex on Oct. 16 last year.

Chen alleges that Chen scratched him all over his chest and arms, and kicked his legs during foreplay in the New Taipei City hotel room.

She then got the upper hand on him during an extremely rough sex session, injuring him with her animalistic sex.

Unhappy with the injuries he suffered Chen accused Lin of assault and went to the police.

But after an investigation, prosecutors found out that the pair were actually lovers.

They said that having sex in a violent way was not a crime, so Lin wasn't charged.
