Lolo Simplicio is a war veteran who now lives in The Bay Area in California. He wants to go home to his family but because of old age it is hard for him to make the trip. Gerald Anderson will surprise him with a message from his family. Soldiers are close to Gerald's heart because his own American father is a soldier too.
