Yesterday marked the 67th anniversary of Al-Nakba, the Catastrophe, the establishment of the State of Israel in 78% of historic Palestine and the ethnic cleansing of two-thirds of the native population by Zionist settlers. In the Gaza Strip, hundreds marched to mark the anniversary. At the rally, Islamic Jihad leaders rejected the establishment of a Palestinian state within the 1967 borders and said that as Palestine was taken from its people by force it will also be retaken by force. In the occupied West Bank, clashes erupted in Nablus when Israeli forces attacked a peaceful demonstration commemorating Al Nakba. Noor Harazeen reports from Gaza. teleSUR
