The president of Venezuela's National Assembly, Diosdado Cabello, released a second video Wednesday in which the country's top two opposition leaders far-right politician Leopoldo Lopez and the former mayor of San Cristobal, Daniel Ceballos can be heard, discussing their intentions to launch a new round of destabilization efforts. Lopez and Ceballos, both currently in prison for inciting deadly violence in February 2014, also discuss internal divisions in the opposition. President Nicolas Maduro responded to the recordings saying that justice would be applied to the full extent of the law against those planning violent actions and doubly so in the case of terrorist activities. teleSUR
