This is Finnish episode (see part1 if you want to see it from the beginning) "Mustanaamauakari" of cartoon called Bambukarhut (Bamboo Bears). I don't think this cartoon is ever shown in any english speaking country though, maybe because it's controversal nature, as the plot is mostly about fighting against multinational corporation who's actions cause environmental degradiation, and political corruption.
