Residents of Georgia’s capital were warned to stay inside on Sunday after tigers, lions, a hippopotamus and other animals escaped from the zoo when heavy flooding destroyed their enclosures. At least eight people were confirmed dead, including three zoo workers, and 10 were reported missing.
