Hugely popular amongst Azerbaijani athletes and fans, Wrestling will be a highlight of the Baku 2015 European Games and will take place at the Heydar Aliyev Arena. A total of 24 weight categories ensures a busy competition schedule, with several medal events being held on each of the six days of Wrestling action. Competitions will feature two Wrestling disciplines, Greco-Roman and Freestyle, giving the floor to 480 athletes to claim the title of European Games champions in front of a passionate crowd.
