Social organizations in Colombia welcome the FARC unilateral ceasefire to begin on July 20 and de-escalation measures announced by the government. Nevertheless they will continue to pressure the government to adopt a bilateral ceasefire with street marches and other events, such as the National Encounter for Peace to be held on July 22-23. The peace delegations in Havana have also requested the presence of delegates from the United Nations and UNASUR at the talks. Natalia Margarita reports from Bogota for teleSUR.
