The International Monetary Fund has issued its strongest call yet for debt relief for Greece, saying that help needs to go "far beyond" what is being discussed at European level. Debt relief has been one of the thorniest issues in the Greek bailout talks, with Germany staunchly opposed to any reduction in the amount of Greece's debt.
