INGREDIENTS:
Liver: Goat or Beef : 500 gm
Garlic Cloves with skin: 12
Crushed Pepper: 3 Tbsp
Salt: 1 Tbsp
Turmeric: 1 Tea Spoon
Oil: 4 + 6 Tbsp
PROCEDURE:
Grind crushed pepper and garlic cloves in a small grinder. Cut liver in 1/2 inch cubes. Mix Ground garlic, crushed pepper, salt and turmeric in a mixing bowl. Marinate for 1 to 2 hours in a refrigerator. On a hot plate(TAWA) or fry pan heat 4+6 tbsp oil and add marinated liver on high flame and mix well (Bhoonnaa) for three minutes, then reduce flame to 1/2 and continue to mix well for 2 more minutes. After 5 minutes KALEJI food street style is ready. Eat with Naan or by itself. ENJOY.
