Doctor Richards took the time to explain my elbow injury/what to expect during healing/surgical treatment options. He also reviewed my CT scan and X-rays on the computer screen with me. Through my research, I was already confident about Doctor Richard's surgical skill. Relationally, I thought he connected quickly, heard my concerns and cared about me.
