Teens unpacked rucksacks and set up tents under the summer sun on the peaceful Utoya island in Norway on Thursday afternoon, gearing up for a weekend of political discussions.Four years ago, tragedy struck the same tranquil island just 25 miles from Norway's capital on similarly beautiful summer afternoon. Right-wing extremist Anders Breivik gunned down 69 people there, many of them teens attending the Labor Party youth camp, on July 22, 2011. Hours earlier, Breivik had set off a bomb at government buildings in the center of Oslo that left eight others dead. This week is the first time the youth camp has returned to the island since the attack.
